Book your next party with us at RC's Playhouse in Bastrop!
We offer the ENTIRE building as a PRIVATE venue that you can book for your event! This means when you book with us, you have access to the entire building for just you and your guests! No one else outside of your party! Whether you would like to book a birthday party for your child(ren), a get-together with friends, a family reunion, or even a work meeting where you need to bring the children, we have several activities for the little ones (I mean this is an indoor playground, right?!?!), plus a relaxing environment for the parents! Our onsite owners/managers, Rachel and Christina, are excited to help make your next event wonderful for both you and your little ones!

RC’s Playhouse offers 2 party packages: Good Times and Sweet Deal! Both packages include up to 12 children (ages 1-10), with the ability to add up to 12 additional children for an additional per child charge (maximum of 24 children per party due to seating & parking limitations). Children under 1 and over 10 years of age are not counted in relation to the 12 allotted children. Parties are two (2) hours, with the ability to purchase 30-minute additional time per party slots for $50 each. RC's Playhouse does not provide birthday cakes, however, outside food and drink can be brought into the facility.

Please note that due to parties scheduled before and after you, we can only allow you 15 minutes before and after your scheduled party for setup and take down. Thank you for your understanding. *RC's Playhouse will do final cleanup, included in both packages.
A $50 non-refundable deposit (plus tax) is required at the time of the reservation. Deposit is included in the overall pricing.

"Good Times" Party Package - $299*
​
This is our simplest package, but it is still packed full of fun. We provide all chairs and tables (including additional tables for food and gifts), white vinyl tablecloths, and a solid color tablecloth for the food table (or bring your own). Please also feel free to bring your own decorations. You can see from the pictures below that many people like to bring extra items to spruce up their little ones party! :) We provide a large trash can for your convenience and will take care of the final clean up after the party! So, relax and come join us here for some “Good Times”!! Each additional child (above the 12 allotted) is $4.

"Sweet Deal" Party Package - $365*

All of “Good Times” plus: a solid color theme (up to 3 colors), with matching plates, cups, and napkins, all set up and ready to go for you and your guests! We provide the birthday child with 3 helium balloons!! In addition, each child will receive a bag with 5 party favors, and we will hang a giant "Happy Birthday" sign! Come by RC’s Playhouse and enjoy this “Sweet Deal”! Each additional child $7. *Plus Tax of 8.25%
